Poses and Branding Ideas for Healthcare Photoshoots
For Healthcare and Medical Advertising here are a few ideas. Generally, a photographer will come in and shoot a library of images for usage. Group shots/Action Shots/Interiors & Exteriors & Headshots for LinkedIn, the website, etc.
Good white background images are always useful across multiple mediums. The backgrounds can then be changed later (if needed).
It’s a great idea to shoot a series of “action” shots of the Healthcare Staff interacting with patients. You can use staff for the patients or friends/models.
The Photographer will guide you with poses and ideas for these type of photos.
Group Photos can be done outside a location. There is the option to add new Doctors later with post production. Suits are acceptable as well as White Coats.
Feel free to include support staff and shoot multiple options.
For profile photos you don’t always need to look at the camera.
The Doctor can be in-action and then look at the camera to give context of their specialty.
The profile photos can be shot waist up for a more interesting photo in studio or outdoors
How do you take good clinical photos?
Have the office staged: everything that is distracting should be removed. This includes signage, trash bins, boxes etc.
Ideally photograph with a professional camera and a tripod.
